Signature of agreement of transfer for two apartments
Last Thursday September 16th, at the offices of the Department of Economy and Finance of the Generalitat de Catalunya, we signed an agreement for the transfer of two apartments located in Llorens i Barba St and Industria St in Barcelona. They are both very centric, well connected and close to Saint Paul's Hospital.
The apartments will need to undergo rehabilitation works before they can be opened for patients' families use, which we expect to do in the beginning of 2011.
