The Fundació Jubert Figueras (FJF) is a non-profit healthcare organization. It was legally founded on December 16th, 2003, by Mr. Miguel Angel Campo Güerri, notary public of Barcelona, and entered in the Register of Foundations of the Generalitat de Catalunya with number 1966.
BOARD OF PATRONS
The board of patrons is the comission that rules the Foundation. At present, it is composed of nine professionals who strive to carry out the mission of the FJF.
- President: Annabella Montaperto Nicastro
Member of the Board of Patrons since June 29th 2006. President since 2010.
- Vice-president: Cecilia Hernández Buñuel
Member of the Board of Patrons since December 2003. A medical nurse, she has worked for Doctors Without Borders since 1992 and has been tasked, among other countries, to Sudan, Guatemala, Palestine and Croatia. She has alternated this with assistance work at the Consorci Sanitari Integral de l’Hospitalet.
- Secretary: Xavier Armangué Caralps
Member of the Board of Patrons since December 2003. A lawyer, he worked many years at the Presidency Department of the Generalitat de Catalunya (International Relationships, Youth and Telecommunication Services) doing management and legal tasks. He is also the secretary of the Carl Faust Foundation.
Vocals:
Member of the Board of Patrons since February 7th 2008. With a degree in Economics, she has worked as a consultant for Accenture, in executive production tasks for Albiñana Films, and in real estate development. She is a regular collaborator with various ONGs.
Member of the Board of Patrons since June 29th 2006. A telecommunications engineer, he holds a masters degree in business administration. He is the executive director of a group of companies, active in the fields of electronics, automotive industry, engineering and transportation.
- Joaquim Jubert Montaperto
Member of the Board of Patrons since February 7th 2008. A lawyer, he actively participates in the executive board of various companies and organizations.
Member of the Board of Patrons since December 2003. For many years she worked at the Generalitat de Catalunya, where she was General Secretary of the Youth Department from 1998 to 2004.
Member of the Board of Patrons since December 2003. A journalist, she has worked for different media companies (TV3, Canal Plus, Grup Planeta, Agencia Efe).
- Paola Jubert i Montaperto
Member of the Board of Patrons since December 2003. A critical care physician, she works at the Intensive Care Unit of the Hospital de Barcelona, combining this with her role as Executive Manager of the FJF.
